Christmas windows

The Victorian Christmas Art Guild in Summerville, Ga., has created scenes featuring life-size sculpted figures in storefront windows along Commerce Street in downtown Summerville, Ga. Vignettes such as this one of Scrooge and Tiny Tim may be seen anytime, but a free tour from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, will include narrators at each stop. Other windows include a carousel, toy shop and depictions of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, the German prince who brought the custom of Nativities and Christmas trees to England.
