Bradley County Commissioner Jeff Yarber.Bradley County Commissioner Jeff Yarber said he is "cooperating with authorities" after being arrested for DUI on Thursday.
WRCB-Channel 3 reported Yarber, who is vice-chairman of the Bradley County Commission, was arrested by Cleveland police.
A police report wasn't available Saturday.
"I believe this will have a positive outcome once all is said and done," Yarber told the Times Free Press on Saturday.
