Project: The new four-story complex will include 100 apartments built above an expanded Little Miss Mag Early Learning Center on the first floor. The project, in the planning for six years, will be the biggest new apartment complex built in downtown Chattanooga in more than three decades. Construction began in September, and the complex is due to be completed in late 2013.
Size: 100 apartments and 120 parking spaces
Prices: The apartments will rent for between $750 and $1,200 a month
Builder: Construction Enterprises Inc. of Nashville is the general contractor.
