Two men were shot in the 2200 block of East 12th Street on Thursday, according to Chattanooga police.
A 17-year-old victim was shot in the back and a 19-year-old victim was shot in the leg around 6:10 p.m., according to a news release.
Both were taken to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries.
Police were told that the victims were shot at as they were walking down the street. The shooter left the scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
