A Cleveland, Tenn., minister has been indicted on two counts of sexual battery by a Polk County grand jury, according to a news release.

The case against Church of the Harvest pastor Henry "Hank" Davis involves allegations that he had inappropriate sexual contact with a girl under age 16 while on a youth mission trip to the Parksville Lake area of Polk County, the release stated.

Polk County Sheriff's Detectives Brian Fields and Josh Stroud investigated the case.

Fields said the girl told two adults about the alleged incidents. In an interview with the Departments of Children's Services, the girl said Davis fondled her breasts and genitals.

Davis was picked up July 13 by Cleveland Police Department and brought to the Polk County Justice Center. He was released on $20,000 bond but will be back in court on July 23, the release stated.
