University of Tennessee at Chattanooga quarterback Jacob Huesman sat down with the Times Free Press to answer 10 questions. The son of Mocs coach Russ Huesman and former Baylor School star faced some football-related queries, as well as some that were just silly. He didn't hold back on his responses, as you can see from the seven below:

1. What's the most memorable moment of your athletic career?

"Sadly, the most memorable moment, I think, was a negative one. The state championship game my senior year - the 'interception.' [Baylor lost on the final play of the game when the officials ruled an Ensworth receiver had caught the ball in the back of the end zone for a touchdown, instead of Huesman on defense being credited with an interception.] That one will stick with me forever, I think. ... I'll definitely never forget it."

2. Where do you see yourself or hope to be in 10 years?

"I'd love to eventually get a shot at the pros, but in the event that that doesn't happen, I'm working on my engineering degree right now, or getting into the early stages of it. Engineering would be a very nice career that I'd like to get into."

3. If you could have only one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

"My grandma's lasagna. Hands down, bar none. It's my favorite food since I was a little kid. ... Every time I go to an Italian place, I get the lasagna just to compare - and it's only been close one time. I don't know what she does to it, but it's amazing."

4. What part of playing college football has been the biggest surprise?

"I'd say the speed-level increase from high school to college. You hear about it from people that have gone on to play in college, and they tell you that everybody's faster, but it's really different when you experience it yourself. In high school you play against only a few guys that are pretty fast, but here everybody's fast."

5. What athlete do you admire most?

"I kind of admire a lot of athletes, for different attributes that they have. I love the way Peyton Manning - this is cliche as heck - but I love his football IQ. He can go out there and tear defenses apart. If I had to pick one athlete that I really admire, it would probably be Brett Favre. I was a Brett Favre fan growing up. He's so tough and he just goes out there and is a little bit of a gunslinger. He makes plays happen."

6. If you could be anyone for a day, who would you be?

"I'd want to be Will Ferrell. He's hilarious. I'd like to see how Will Ferrell lives."

7. If you had to be stranded on a desert island with two teammates, who would they be and why?

"I'll tell you one of them is definitely Shaun Hill, one of my roommates. He's one of the funniest kids I've ever met in my life. The other one would probably be my other roommate, Synjen [Herron]. It seems like he knows how to do everything and he's done just about everything in his life, so if we've got to make a coconut radio, he's probably going to be the guy for it."
