The planned segment on local radio and television personality Luther Masingill will run today at 6:30 p.m., according to Doris Ellis, program and community service director at WDEF-TV Channel 12.

She said she confirmed the time with officials at "CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley," which is airing the piece.

The segment was done July 9 and 10 by CBS news correspondent Steve Hartman and focuses on Masingill's 72 years of work at WDEF and his induction into the National Radio Hall of Fame.
