The bond hearing for accused killer Adolph "Sonny" Neal has been pushed back to Friday.

In Whitfield County Superior Court this morning, prosecutors said they believe Neal is trying to line up an attorney and he requested that the bond hearing be delayed.

Prosecutors also said they're opposed to any bond being set for Neal.

Neal, 49, is accused of killing his wife and her grandfather in their Dawnville, Ga., home. He is currently in Whitfield County Jail, charged with two counts of murder in the deaths of 27-year-old Jessica Neal and 69-year-old Donald Shedd.

The killings occurred on May 24 and Neal eluded authorites for a week before being captured near Varnell, Ga.
