Two men were arrested Thursday night in connection with the September 2010 death of a 21-year-old in Hixson.
Billy Bob Partin, 39, and Ronald Lee Pittman, 42, have been charged in connection with the death of Chance LeCroy that took place Sept. 9, 2010 at 1211 Johnston Terrace, said Chattanooga police spokesman Officer Nathan Hartwig.

According to an arrest report, police had developed several witnesses and suspects over the two-year investigation. Several witnesses had told police that Pittman and Partin were the men involved in LeCroy’s killing.
