Traffic this morning on Interstate 24 east bound is partially blocked due to an accident near mile marker 182, by the Old Ringgold Road exit. It is estimated to be cleared by 8:10 a.m. Chattanooga city police confirmed the accident and noted there were no reports of injuries.
