Police have arrested a man believed to have participated in the fatal shooting of Jabari Jennings, said Chattanooga police officer Nathan Hartwig.
Officers arrested 23-year-old Joshua Lackey at 911 Sylvan Drive, Hartwig said. Police are still seeking Derick Smith in the case, Hartwig said.
Smith and Lackey face charges in the Saturday morning shooting on Fagan Street that left Jennings dead and injured Lawande Haggard.
