Chattanooga police seek stabbing suspect

Chattanooga police are asking for the public's help to find a man suspected of stabbing a woman in the head and neck.

Police are searching for 23-year-old Michael Orlando Freeman, who has warrants issued for his arrest for attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault, attempted rape and kidnapping.

Police believe Freeman attacked 33-year-old Tammy Green on March 15 at County Hearth & Inn Suites.

Freeman is 5 foot 6 and weighs 154 pounds.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Chattanooga Police Department at 423-698-2525 or remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 423-698-3333.
