Fourteen current and former University of Georgia football players will receive degrees tonight during the spring commencement at Sanford Stadium.
Among the current players graduating are redshirt junior quarterback Aaron Murray (psychology), redshirt senior receiver Tavarres King (social studies education) and redshirt senior snapper Ty Frix (biological engineering). Frix is a former Calhoun High School standout who has handled all snapping duties the past three seasons for the Bulldogs.
Offensive lineman Clint Boling (risk management and insurance) and defensive lineman Jarius Wynn (child and family development) are among the former Bulldogs graduating.
Including the 14 graduates tonight, 225 Georgia football players have received their degrees since Mark Richt became the coach after the 2000 season.
