Man injured in stabbing at Rossville Boulevard motel

A stabbing at a hotel on Rossville Boulevard left one man wounded Friday night and another in jail, Chattanooga police said.

According to spokesman Nathan Hartwig, Christopher Grady, 40, was stabbed at Hamilton Inn, 2717 Rossville Boulevard, at 9:20 p.m.

William Usher, 58, has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault.

Grady was treated at a local hospital, Hartwig said.

He had no information on the motive.
