Three Chattanooga men have been indicted on felony murder charges in the shooting death of a 38-year-old man during a robbery.

Devante Stoudemire, 20; Ronald Cosper and Dustin Hayes, both 18, are accused of robbing Steven Mosley for marijuana and cash on July 2.

A Chattanooga police investigator testified in the August preliminary hearing that Stoudemire told police he had ridden in a car with Cosper and Hayes to Mosley's North Hawthorne Street home to rob the man.

Police matched Cosper's fingerprints to those found on Mosley's front screen door.

Cosper originally denied knowing where Mosley lived, according to court testimony.

All three men are scheduled for a hearing before Criminal Court Judge Barry Steelman on Nov. 30.

The men are being held in the Hamilton County Jail on the following bonds -- Stoudemire, $2.05 million; Cosper, $1.85 million; and Hayes, $900,000.

The killing occurred while Stoudemire was free on bond awaiting trial in the Nov. 19, 2010, shooting death of JerMichael Richardson. That charge was dropped after a July 12 hearing when evidence returned from the state crime lab did not match Stoudemire and a key witness died in a Florida car crash.
