Friday, Nov. 23, a pair of local jazz and funk artists will take the stage for a costume party for the shopping weary and those looking to recapture a little Halloween magic.

Smooth Dialects and The Deep Fried Five will headline the show, which starts at 9 p.m. Cover is $7, unless you’re gussied up as an alien or a cowpoke, which is worth a $2 discount. For more information, visit www.rhythm-brews.com or call 267-4644.
