A 21-year-old man was killed early Sunday in a crash on Interstate 75, according to Chattanooga police.
A news release said Jovanny Rodriguez was riding in a vehicle driven northbound by Jacob Flowers, 22, just after 1 a.m. The vehicle went out of control and struck the guardrail on the passenger side.
Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene. Flowers was taken to a hospital. No information on his condition was available Sunday evening.
