New Development: Collegedale apartment complex opens, fills up

Name: Integra Hills.

Location: 9198 Integra Hills Lane, Collegedale.

Status: Two additional apartment buildings, two carriage homes and the clubhouse have been completed. The project has yielded an additional 56 units in the growing community, of a planned 278, according to Ginger Keaton, community director. Workers should finish two more buildings by the end of the year for an additional 78 units.

Cost: $19 million.

Price: Prices range from $800 to $900 per month for a one-bedroom with 736 square feet to more than $1,300 per month for three-bedroom units.

Features: Extra-large capacity washers and dryers, intrusion alarms, large patio or porch areas in each apartment. The development is protected by gated access. Living and dining rooms feature crown molding, and all units have wood plank floors, 9-foot ceilings, custom cabinetry, built-in computer niches and French doors. The exterior is build with fiber cement siding, similar to Hardie board.

Amenities: Billiards and entertainment room, java bar, WiFi access, gaming station, health club, tanning studio, lap pool, Internet cafe, picnic area, car center and dog park.

Future construction: The apartment complex is slated to be complete by February 2013. Half of the 78 units expected to be ready by the end of 2012 are sold.
