Crime Stoppers, Fort Oglethorpe police seek Tavaruus Moss in car theft case

Crime Stoppers and Fort Oglethorpe police are looking for a man wanted in connection with a car theft at a Fort Oglethorpe business.

Tavaruus Moss, 25, and another man failed to return a Dodge Magnum car to the business after a test drive, according to a police news release. The two men obtained the keys to the vehicle after providing false information. The vehicle was later found.

The other man, Travis Nelson, has been arrested, but Moss' location is still unknown. Moss was identified through a previous Crime Stoppers story.

Moss is approximately 6 foot 1l and weighs 195 pounds. He may be staying at either 3825 Hixson Pike in Chattanooga or 8437 Springfield Road in Soddy-Daisy.
