Status: The site has been excavated to prepare for moving the outside wall by 20 feet to accommodate another loading dock. The building will be expanded toward Stein Construction Co.'s current office.
Investment: About $200,000.
Features: The work will add two loading docks with truck doors and loading ramps and approximately 1,100 square feet of warehouse space to improve offloading capacity and efficiency inside the loading space.
It will enable Pepsi to handle more trucks at a time and give the company more warehouse space.
