CHATTANOOGA, TN - Tire and auto businesses along Rossville Boulevard are booming, but not the way they had hoped. "We went instantly from having 30, 40 minute waits to having three or four hour waits," says Jeremy Powers at National Tire and Battery Auto Center.

Employees there say the rush began on Sunday, since then they've fixed 60 to 100 tires a day. They usually repair about 20 a week.

"Every single one of them is just a little bitty hole, nothing stuck in it," Powers says.
