Three arrested in North Alabama drug bust

DEKALB COUNTY, AL - Law enforcement officials in North Alabama followed up a lead on a stolen vehicle and ended up arresting three people on a variety of drug charges.

On Thursday, DeKalb County Sheriff Deputies Jeffrey Bain and Lt. Alfred Rigstad along with officers from Crossville and Geraldine arrived on scene at a residence on DeKalb County Road 405 in the Rodentown community to attempt to serve a probation violation warrant and to investigate a possible stolen vehicle that was located on the premises.

The Sheriff's office and Drug Task Force had also received numerous complaints about excessive traffic at all hours of the day that would come and go from this residence.
