Police investigate two shootings that leave three wounded

Chattanooga police responded to two shootings today that left three people wounded.

Police responded to the first shooting at 5:30 a.m. at Sandy's Mini Mart, at 2404 Glass St. Two people were wounded.

Police had no information on their condition. The names have not been released.

At 3:30 p.m., police responded to a second shooting after a 20-year-old man was shot and taken to a local hospital. He is listed in stable condition, police said but his name has not been released.

The shooting took place after an argument as two men were walking in the 5500 block of Old Mission Road, police said. Shots were fired near the intersection of Pisgah Avenue and Spring Garden Lane, police said.
