Warehouse Row in downtown Chattanooga will gain its second full-service eatery when Asheville, N.C.-based restaurant Tupelo Honey Cafe opens later this year.

Stephen Frabitore, the company's president, said plans are to open in September in street-level space off the breezeway and facing Lindsay Street.

He said the eatery will have 120 seats inside along with 40 outside. Plans are to hire about 100 people, Frabitore said.

He said the eatery will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week serving "a unique brand of Southern cuisine" aimed at families and business people.

Tupelo Honey Cafe opened its first restaurant in Asheville in 2000, started up a second location there and spread to Knoxville with plans for new eateries in Johnson City, Tenn., and Greenville, S.C., as well as Chattanooga this year.
