Chattanooga police charge man in pharmacy robberies

Chattanooga police arrested a man who they say robbed a pair of local pharmacies.

Officers charged 38-year-old Jason Todd Fowler on two charges of aggravated robbery. First, police say, Fowler robbed a Rite Aid at 5441 Highway 153 on March 12. Then, on April 10, he robbed the pharmacy department of a Bi-Lo at 5604 Hixson Pike.
