Orange Grove Center, in partnership with the Chattanooga Mayor’s Council on Disability and Chattanooga Area Employment Consortium, will host an information forum on Thursday for families, teachers and caregivers of individuals with disabilities.
The event will begin 6 p.m. in Orange Grove Center’s cafeteria, 615 Derby St., across from Memorial Hospital.
This program is for anyone interested in state services, provider services or transportation services. Questions will be answered regarding Social Security benefits and how to qualify for the Ticket to Work program.
Representatives from a variety of local agencies will attend, among them, Division of Rehabilitation Services, Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Social Security Administration, Tennessee Works Partnership Program, Hamilton County School System and local transportation services.
