John Westin MasseyA 28-year-old man pleaded guilty this morning in Hamilton County Criminal Court to vehicular homicide in an Aug. 16, 2012, fatal crash.
John Westin Massey admitted to crossing the center line in the 6500 block of Middle Valley Road that day and colliding head-on with Tracy O'Neal, who was killed.
Massey also pleaded guilty to DUI. His sentencing has been set for July 2 and the maximum he faces is eight years.
Massey was charged with vehicular homicide, DUI and reckless endangerment in the crash.
