North Georgia trucking company files first lawsuit against Pilot

KNOXVILLE - Five days after federal authorities raided Pilot Flying J headquarters, a North Georgia trucking company has become the first client to file a lawsuit against the company.

Atlantic Coast Carriers Inc., of Hazelhurst, Ga., filed suit today in Knox County Circuit Court against the Pilot Corp.

The trucking company is seeking class-action status.
