Hutton Co. has added Kimberly Graves as senior paralegal and Rachel Podhorn as property accounting manager.
Graves graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is also a certified paralegal.
Podhorn graduated cum laude from Virginia Wesleyan College with a bachelor of arts in mathematics.
She has joined the accounting team as the property accounting manager and will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting for Hutton's growing portfolio of properties.
The Walter E. Boehm Birth Defects Center has chosen Erin R. Martin as nurse practitioner and clinical care coordinator.
Martin recently graduated from Southern Adventist University.
Before joining the center, she worked as a nurse with a focus on neuroscience at Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation and at Vanderbilt University. Founded in 1963, The Boehm Center is a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive, multi-disciplinary medical services for children born with congenital birth defects of the central nervous system, including spina bifida and hydrocephalus.
UBS Financial Services has promoted three financial advisers, Douglas A. Brown, Robert L. Donina Jr., and Edward C. O'Brien III, in Chattanooga to first vice president-wealth management, said Jeff Cronan, branch manager.
Brown is a financial adviser with the Brown Ingle Group and has over 27 years of experience in the financial industry. He will mark his 25-year anniversary with UBS in May.
Donina is a financial adviser with The Donina Group at UBS and has over 19 years of experience in the financial industry.
O'Brien is a financial adviser with T3 Financial Group and has over 17 years of experience in the financial industry.
Two statewide energy programs -- the Tennessee Energy Education Initiative and the Qualified Energy Conversation Bond Program -- were launched during a Tennessee Renewable Energy and Economic Development Council meeting.

Chattanooga Women's Leadership Institute will present a program entitled Why Women Matter: Colorful Communication as part of its leadership luncheon series May 3.
Held at The Chattanoogan from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., it will feature Gena Ellis, a life coach and educator.

The Tucker Foundation has added Bradley County native Amy Moore to its staff. Moore, who has more than 20 years experience in both nonprofit and local government, helped secure $1.3 million of grants for the Cleveland/Bradley County Greenway.
"The Tucker Foundation's capacity has increased and improved with the addition of Amy," said Hayne Hamilton, president of the Tucker Foundation.
The foundation was chartered in 1996 by Summerfield K. Johnston Jr. to help Hamilton and Bradley County in the areas of education, environmental conservation, the arts and human services.
