Chapman Development transformed this home with a garage and updated exterior.

Whether it’s a complete reconstruction or a minor renovation project, Chapman Development strives to deliver quality service and solid workmanship to its clients both before and after the local company takes on a job.

Specializing in residential and commercial work, the contractor’s main goal is to make a property “better than pre-loss condition,” said owner Christy Chapman.

“We have been in the construction industry for more than 16 years,” she said. “From new construction down to the smallest of plumbing leaks, we have performed all aspects of it.”

When a client finds themselves in the sometimes dreaded stages of “before a project,” Chapman’s job is to come in and guide the client through as the team totally transforms their property or repairs their problem. Beginning with a complete inspection of the property, team members determine and identify all areas in need of repair or reworking and create an estimate for the job.

“Once our estimate is complete and gone over with the homeowner and the work authorization has been signed, our experienced team will help with any color and material selections,” Chapman explained of the process. “Most of this can be done within the home to make the process as stress-free as possible.”

Chapman Development also handles a variety of interior design projects.

She added that team members get the work done as quickly as possible while still providing the best quality and upholding the highest standards, and that seeing a happy client after they’ve done a complete remodel or restoration is a great feeling.

Chapman Development takes on reconstruction and renovation projects from start to finish, commercial remodeling and new construction as well as property damage projects where major or minor repairs are needed. The owner said clients continue to testify to the quality of work, whatever the task ,and praise Chapman’s team for their efforts regarding how well a property is restored or rebuilt.

“We have been recognized for our dedicated employees, our attention to detail and the high quality of our workmanship,” Chapman said. “Our experience and professionalism as well as good work ethic have also been what brings our clients back time and again for large and small projects.”

A consultation with a client involves a team member evaluating the job and tasks to be accomplished, answering all the client’s questions, creating a timeline for the job and thoroughly documenting everything the project will encompass from beginning to end.

Statistics can be dull, and they almost never paint a complete picture of a topic. But they can also be a vital source of support in showing that a business is working.
If you haven’t heard of GreenForm yet, chances are you will soon. In just a few years, it has grown from a few friends with a roofing company to a full-fledged construction, roofing and solar business with around a dozen full-time employees and multiple subcontractors.
As the second largest Xerox and office copier dealer in the country, XMC, Inc. never runs low on things to brag about. But right now, the company is particularly proud of its completely redeveloped website,, which launched Sept. 1 of this year.
When it comes to feeling safe in your home or workplace, there’s nothing more important.
