One bad inning continued one bad stretch for the Chattanooga Lookouts.

Returning to AT&;T Field after an 0-10 road trip, the Lookouts stumbled to an 11th straight defeat Wednesday night, losing 7-3 to the Huntsville Stars. The Southern League record for consecutive losses is 15, set by Columbus in 1971.

The Stars trailed 2-1 entering the fifth inning, when they scored four runs to seize control. Nick Shaw tripled and Anderson De La Rosa and Eric Marzec had doubles during the outburst for Huntsville, which also received help from two Garrett Gould wild pitches and a fielding error by shortstop Miguel Rojas.

Chattanooga (14-31) had grabbed the early lead on Angelo Songco’s home run to right field in the second inning and Rafael Ynoa’s bases-loaded walk in the fourth.
