Cadarius Cochran

A man, wanted in connection to a Cleveland shooting, is in custody following a police stand off.

Cadarius Cochran was arrested Friday afternoon off 6th Avenue, inside East Lake Courts.

Cochran was wanted on 10 counts of felony reckless endangerment and two counts of aggravated assault.
