ATLANTA - Federal prosecutors say a South Carolina man who was caught in an undercover child enticement sting has been sentenced to 14 years in prison.

Officials said Tuesday that 63-year-old David Alan Wolf of Rock Hill, S.C., talked online with a law enforcement official posing as a 34-year-old woman with an 8-year-old daughter in August 2012.

Authorities say Wolf expressed interest in having sex with the child and traveled to Atlanta from South Carolina on Aug. 28, 2012.

Officials say Wolf was arrested when he arrived in Atlanta and is also ordered to serve a lifetime of supervised release.

Authorities say Wolf is also ordered to pay a $5,000 fine and register as a sex offender.
