Fred the dog

A suspected case of animal cruelty left a local clinic with two options; extensive surgery or euthanization.

A passerby spotted "Fred" on the side of the road. We're told the dog was mutilated and most likely in a lot of pain.

Several people throughout the Tennessee Valley posted their thoughts towards the person that hurt "Fred" on Facebook.
