Man in serious condition after early morning shooting in Chattanooga

A 25-year-old man is listed in serious condition after he was shot in Chattanooga this morning.

Terrence Harris was found with a gunshot wound to the abdomen in the 2300 block of Windsor Street around 2:40 a.m., according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.

It was reported to detectives that Harris was outside near Wheeler Avenue when the suspect shot him and fled the scene, the release stated.
