A 31-year-old man will spend the next two years in prison on a kidnapping conviction related to a multi-state prostitution operation.

Khari "King Black" Troutman was sentenced to 27 months in prison this morning by U.S. District Judge Harry S. "Sandy" Mattice.

Troutman apologized and took responsibility for charges that he held a Maryland woman against her will here while she worked for him as a prostitute.
