"Cross Section" by Jake Kelley is included in a show of works by Chattanooga Area Art Instructors that will open with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, at the Incubator, the Small Business Development Center at 100 Cherokee Blvd.

The show and sale continues through Friday, Aug. 30.

Founded in the early 1970s, the CAAI is an open association of instructors from Tennessee and Georgia focused on student learning and professional development.

Its ranks include more than 100 art instructors from private and public schools in the area.
