KNOXVILLE - Former University of Tennessee director of judicial affairs Jenny Wright, in her first public comments since she left UT, accused officials there of ruining her career with allegations that she had inappropriate relationships with students.
On a professional website created this week, Wright posted a nearly 1,000-word explanation of her departure from UT, stating she was the victim of workplace bullying, criticism, harassment and pressure from the UT administration and athletics department.
"In May 2013, individuals at the University of Tennessee destroyed my professional career and personal reputation in a matter of hours," the post begins under the heading "Facing Adversity."
