Runaway Home back at Jim Oliver's Smokehouse — Aug. 24

Americana band Runaway Home -- fronted by Lisa McCarter (vocals), Gary Culley (guitar, mandolin, banjo) and Mark Elliott (vocals, guitar) -- will cruise through Monteagle, Tenn., again Saturday, Aug. 24, for a show at Jim Oliver's Smokehouse, 850 W. Main St.

Elliott and Culley, both songwriters, previously performed as a duo, among other projects, before McCarter, previously of The McCarter Sisters, joined them.

They are backed by drummer/percussionist Chip Chipoletti, bassist Ron De La Vega and Scottish fiddler Laura McGhee.

The show starts at 7 p.m. CDT.
