Jackson County Sheriff's Office in Alabama arrests two on drug charges

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office in Alabama has announced the arrest of Kerry Don Wilson, 22, and Whitney Paige Rollins, 19, both of Pleasant Groves, Ala., on drug charges.

The two were apprehended at a residence at Country Road 8 in Pleasant Groves.

A news release said a methamphetamine lab was found in the residence where the two were arrested.

Wilson was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant and charged with the additional charges of unlawful manufacture of controlled substances first degree, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Rollins was charged with hindering prosecution second degree, unlawful manufacture of controlled substances first degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wilson and Rollins, who are out on bond on other charges, are being held at the Jackson County Jail pending a possible bond revocation hearing.
