Six arrested in Stevenson on drug charges

Three Stevenson, Ala., residents have been been arrested on a number of drug charges after law enforcement officials went to the Greenbriar Apartments in Stevenson on Thursday on a complaint of drug activity.

James Ray Rice, 37; William Gary Mosley, 33; and Tiffany Michelle Jordan, 26, are in custody and no bond has been set.

The three were at the apartment with two children, who were taken into custody care by state officials.

Law enforcement officials said this incident led them to an Erich Avenue residence in Stevenson where they found synthetic canabinoids.

Owen Patrick O’Reilly, 55, and Cheri Lynn Fugate, 39, both of Bridgeport, and Richard Morgan Shirley, 52, of Smellville, Ga., were charged with unlawful possession of synthetic canabanoids. They all remain in jail with no bond set.
