A sessions court judge this morning sent murder charges against a man who police say killed his live-in girlfriend to the grand jury.
Judge Christie Mahn Sell found enough probable cause against Dennis Weyers to move the charges forward after a preliminary hearing.
Weyers called 911 after waking to find Robin Sanders dead in their shared bed at the couple's 103 Cross St. on Dec. 26, 2012.
