The North Georgia EMC has put out added information to help those recently affected in its service area by recent storms and a tornado.

The electric distributor said a help line has been set up to help those in Gordon County get service back. The number is 706-272-7510.

NGEMC said some of its members may also have to visit its office at 1128 South Wall St. in Calhoun, Ga., but they will be able to meet with a member service specialist in an office area rather than in the lobby.

The NGEMC also said in its release that “our thoughts and constant prayers remain with the families affected by the storms.”
