Jackson County, Ala., officials arrested a fugitive man on an ATV on Friday, Feb. 8.

Shane Lee Miles, 38, of Pisgah, Ala., was driving on County Road 58 when Jackson County Sherriff's Deputy Travis Renfro conducted a traffic stop.

In addition to finding methamphetamine on his person, Renfro discovered that Miles was running from several outstanding warrants for his arrest in Michigan and Indiana.

Miles is charged with being a fugitive from justice and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Miles is still in custody on a $30,000 bond.
