Cleveland girls beat McMinn County, 50-41, advances to the District 5-AAA championship game

CLEVELAND, Tenn. - The Cleveland girls' basketball team advanced to the District 5-AAA championship game with a 50-41 victory over McMinn County.

Cleveland will face Bradley Central, a 53-36 victor over Walker Valley, in Monday's championship at 7:30 at Cleveland. The Lady Cherokees will face the Lady Mustangs prior.

The Lady Raiders were led by Qetuwrah Abdullah-Muhammad's 14 points, with Sydnie Anderson adding 12.

Rachel Burke led the Lady Cherokees with 15.
