Mystery Dog Ranch has been the industry leader in horse day camps since 1996 in the Chattanooga and North Georgia area! Each camper is matched with their OWN horse for the week and we have plenty of horses for the beginner to advanced. Each day we start with safety, grooming, tacking and lessons in the arena or pasture. Riders learn skills relating to the disciplines of Western and English, with exposure to specialties Western Pleasure, Huntseat, Barrels and, new this year, Vaulting! Of course pasture games are always a blast in the afternoons! Most weeks will have a Friday parent demonstration with participation and specialty awards for all.
A few crafts/educational activities might be included for a rainy period, if not, HORSES ALL WEEK LONG! At the end of the day, approximately 3-4 p.m., our campers end the day on a cool note in the pool!
