The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga defeated Elon 72-68 in a Southern Conference game in McKenzie Arena.

Freshman Gee McGhee set a career high with 24 points. Senior Drazen Zlovaric scored 10 points and Zaccheus Mason added 10 points. The Phoenix were led by 20 points from Ryley Beaumont.

UTC never trailed after going ahead 59-56.
