Chattanooga police have charged 24-year-old Stephen Doentae Lester with murder, robbery and conspiracy in the slaying Thursday of Edward Glenn.
Police say Glenn was robbed and shot at the home of Carmisha Lay. They say Lay set up the robbery and lured Glenn to her house, then texted a man to come and rob him.
Lay was arrested Friday. Police say the robber had another man with him, but he apparently is not in custody.
