Future: "They don't call it a retirement community, but that's really what it is," Gail Hunter, an agent with Remax Properties, said. "These are people who have raised their kids and retired. They've worked hard all their lives, were successful. They're not wanting a 4,000-square-foot home -- but they don't want to lose big-house amenities. What we did was create a very elegant feel with built-in bookcases and a great trim package."

History: "This is the final phase," Hunter explained. "There're probably only 30 lots left of a 200-lot build out. It's kind of the last shot for this. We're winding down."
