Detectives with the Chattanooga Police Department's homicide unit arrested Devante Lavon Raglan, 19, Tuesday in connection to the slaying of Timothy Bumpass.
Bumpass was fatally shot on Jan. 12, 2013, at 4800 Swan Road.
Detectives have made two other arrests in connection to the slaying. Kristopher Lebron Bell, 20, and Christopher Jennings, 19, were arrested Jan. 13 and charged with felony murder, especially aggravated robbery and criminal conspiracy.
Raglan faces charges of felony murder, especially aggravated robbery and criminal conspiracy.
